Prioritize With Purpose

Sort your tasks by “urgency” (time-sensitive) and “importance” (long-term value)

• Complete important and urgent tasks immediately
• Schedule important and not urgent tasks, such as long-term goals
• Delegate urgent and not important tasks, such as interruptions or
  minor requests
• Delete tasks that are neither, such as distractions
