Prints & Pints: A Winter Social

Join us for a festive evening of print, conversation, and creativity at Thin Ice Press, the York Centre for Print.

The evening will include a guided tour of the studio led by Director Helen Smith, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the historic presses and printmaking techniques that bring this unique space to life.

Guests will also have the chance to get hands-on and pull their own souvenir print — a perfect keepsake from the night. The team at Thin Ice Press will share insights into the new YCCC logo currently in development, offering a first look at the creative process behind it.

An opportunity to mingle with fellow YCCC members and friends over a glass of wine or soft drink as we celebrate the winter season together.

Thin Ice Press is in a former schoolhouse, nestled in the tranquil garden of St Anthony's Hall and overlooked by the city walls. Enter through the double gate for step-free access to the gardens and follow the path to our green front door.

York railway station is within a 20-minute walk and the Peasholme Green bus stops are located just outside. Q-Park Shambles is across the road.
