Dearly Beloved, Let's Go Crazy! Join us for an afternoon of Purple Pandemonium as we yoga flow/dance to the magical music of the Artist, Prince. We will focus on strength, build endurance and party like its 1999 or until Doves Cry.
This 1 hour immersive yoga party will be followed by our favorite libation....wine(grape juice for those that prefer.)
This fun filled Vinyasa flow is open to all, beginners are welcome.
