Join us for The Blue Owl Bistro’s Dining Experience, an immersive event designed to mirror the atmosphere and standards of a working restaurant. This event serves as the Grand Finale of the PGCC Culinary Arts Program's Dining Services course, where our own final-semester students bring their skills to life in a fully student-designed restaurant experience. Guests can begin with an optional behind-the-scenes culinary tour, followed by a curated dining experience. With your support, this student-run restaurant concept will bring the classroom to life, allowing students to hone their hospitality skills and practice their culinary creativity, precision, and teamwork in a way that allows them to experience the true energy and excitement that comes with serving guests live.
