Enjoy a refreshing movement session designed to help you reset, recharge, and start your weekend feeling your best. Mats will be provided if you don’t have one.
✨ Family friendly! We’ll also be offering supervised care and pancakes on the playground for students, so you can fully enjoy the class.
After the workout, treat yourself to a post-movement beverage from MatchaLuvDSM as we kick off the weekend together!
