Primordial Breathwork

Rooted in ancestral Amazonian and Tibetan traditions, Primordial Breathwork™ invites you to reconnect with your innate vitality and deepen community bonds. Limited to 22 participants, this circle nurtures conscious group resonance through breath, sound, drumbeat, and rhythm.

This practice supports intuitive release of stress, tension, and stored emotions while awakening a felt sense of wholeness. Though similar to Rebirthing and Holotropic Breathwork, Primordial Breathwork™ focuses on both individual and group coherence as an access to greater awareness.

Together, we explore theory, lineage, and technique before moving into a dynamic standing breathwork session, then a lying-down phase complemented by drumming. We close with group integration and sharing.

Optional ceremonial cacao will be offered to amplify the experience, open the heart and support transformation.

When: March 4 6:30-10pm (please arrive 15 mins prior)

Contribution: Recommended $20 donation, however no one turned away for lack of funds.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, blanket, small pillow, and eye cover.

Preparation: Please avoid eating 1 hour prior. Inform us if you are pregnant, have mental health or heart conditions, or take Medic*tion.

Facilitator: Joshua Lundell, ERYT-500/YACEP, Reiki practitioner, and Paititi Institute certified Primordial Breathwork™ facilitator with 25 years in embodied healing arts.
