Primitiva Movmnt Blindfolded Dance & Sound Bath

An evening of meditative and embodied movement inspired by the symbolism of 13, feminine cycles, transformation, and primitive energy.
About this Event

Step away from the hustle of life and drop into your body with this Primitiva Movmnt Blindfolded Dance Experience & Sound Bath led by Laura Olvera, founder of Primitiva Movmnt.

Gather with us for an evening of meditative and embodied movement inspired by the symbolism of 13, feminine cycles, transformation, and our inate connection to nature.

This is an invitation to move beyond the noise of the mind and reconnect with the untamed & instinctive parts of ourselves. Through somatic movement, intuitive dance, and ancestral sounds, we’ll explore what it means to trust our bodies, honor our natural rhythms, and embrace the freedom of being unapologetically ourselves.
This 90-minute moving meditation begins with a 60min blindfolded movement journey. Free your mind and your body as you dance to the ancestral beats and music intentionally curated to connect you with your most expressive primal movements! Experience the ancestral medicine of freedom of expression!
This is a chance to tap into your senses, release stagnant energy, free your thoughts, and move your body from pure feeling!.

We will close out the session with a 15-20min soothing crystal bowl sound bath to ground and integrate your energy.
Comfortable non-restrictive attire is suggested. Bring water, a blanket, and an open heart as we move, breathe, and reset together in community. 💫
