For weeks, people have been pouring into the small western town of Deadwood for the biggest poker tournament this side of the Mississippi. From outlaws to marshals to saloon girls, the vast array of visitor sand residents of Deadwood have made this small western frontier town THE place to be.As the festivities of the poker tournament conclude, a celebration party is planned at the Deadwood Saloon to award the prize money for the tournament and to celebrate what is hoped to be a very financially successful venture for the saloon.
With a smattering of bandits, bank owners, saloon girls, gamblers, east coast debutantes, and a few of the locals, this is guaranteed to make for a very interesting evening indeed.
Event Details
REGISTER BY MARCH 24. This event requires a minimum of eight participants and all attending will be assigned a character. If we do not meet the minimum registration, we will have to cancel.
Due to the nature of the event, registration will close after March 24th and no drop-ins will be allowed.
Character profiles will be emailed to participants the week of March 25th.
Costumes are highly encouraged! Your character profile will come with suggestions but we encourage you to get creative!
Western BBQ Dinner: We're catering the BBQ, you bring the sides and desserts! We are asking everyone to bring your favorite BBQ inspired side dish, appetizer, or sweet treat to share.
