You're invited to a nonpartisan Primary Election Candidate Forum featuring local candidates appearing on the 2026 primary ballot.
Candidates for County Commission, City Commission, School Board, Gainesville Mayor, and more have been invited.
Candidates will respond to questions developed by the League, giving voters an opportunity to learn more about their priorities, perspectives and plans for office.
Attendees can also meet candidates following the forum at a reception and candidate tabling. This event is free and open to the public. It will also be streamed live via YouTube.
This event is brought to you by the League of Women Voters of Alachua County, the Bob Graham Center for Public Service, UF Office of Public Policy Events, UF Hamilton School for Classical and Civic Education, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Gainesville Alumnae Chapter, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Delta Sigma Zeta Chapter.
