When we drum, we connect our mind, body and spirit to all living things and open ourselves to peace and harmony.The intention of this gathering is to promote sisterhood, opportunity for women to network, and spiritual growth in a supportive, positive space.
We will sage, ground and center.
The evening begins at 6:30 with a hand drum lesson
a short recess
and continues into the drum circle at 7:15
This month we will close with sound vibration energy work and meditation
Doors open 6:00
