Guided by the heartbeat of ancient rhythms, you’ll connect with the raw energy of sound and movement, releasing what no longer serves and channeling your voice as a tool for liberation and connection. Whether it's a shout, a hum, or a melody, your voice becomes part of the collective rhythm, amplifying the energy of the circle.

These practices are more than creative expression—they’re a pathway to breaking free from perfectionism, fear of being seen, and self-doubt.

Drumming, dancing, and vocalizing draw you out of your head and into your body, allowing you to release the pressure to "get it right" and embrace the beauty of imperfection. In this circle, there’s no judgment—just raw, authentic energy, where you can be fully yourself, unapologetically seen and heard.

No experience is needed—just come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to let go. Together, we’ll drum, dance, and sing* …scream, our way into a space of deep connection with ourselves, each other, and the earth. How to prep:

⁃ We will provide a handful of drums, but you can bring your own! Shakers! Maracas! Drums!

⁃ Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving and shaking in.
