Primal Reset is a gender-inclusive, ecstatic dance journey designed to help you ground, release, and reconnect—with yourself, your body, and the present moment.
There are no steps to follow, no expectations to meet, and no wrong way to move.
This is your space to dance, shake, rest, sway, cry, laugh, crawl, sprawl—or simply be.
We'll begin with a short somatic drop-in to help you arrive in your body, and close with a brief community circle for grounding and integration.
The rest is up to you.

Grounding arrival + somatic breathwork
60+ minutes of uninterrupted music + movement
Optional floor space to stretch, rest, or go inward
Closing circle to settle and share (optional)
Whether you come to move, play, cry, shake, or just listen—you’re welcome here.
