This is not a performance. It’s a reset.
A space to shake off the noise of the day and reconnect to what’s real - your rhythm, your aliveness, your presence.
Whether you’re new to embodiment practices or simply ready to drop out of your head and into your body, you’re invited.
🌀 What to Expect:
Guided rhythmic breathwork
Vocal and movement activation
Three-part drum journey (Grounding, Release, Integration)
Somatic prompts to explore sensation and expression
Closing reflection and integration space
No musical experience needed. Instruments are provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
