Let’s be guided by the embodied intelligence within — wild, passionate, attuned, and fully present to the subtlety of the moment.
ABOUT PRIMAL PLAY
Primal Play is a relational playground and embodied workshop that invites you into a brave space: not a place where everything feels easy or perfectly “safe,” but a co-created environment where we support one another to take courageous steps toward intimacy, authenticity, and joy.
Through grounding, nervous system regulation, and somatic exploration, we will:
- Explore the flight response, using our legs to create distance, choice, and a sense of safety.
- Reclaim the fight response, using our arms to set boundaries, say no, and experience how boundaries deepen trust.
- Engage in non-verbal dialogue through breath, sound, movement, and touch — where strategies of the mind fall away and we can simply follow the body’s wisdom.
In this space you may discover how to “stay relational” and trust yourself among others. Primal Play often leads into present-moment awareness where energy moves freely—sometimes wild and expressive, sometimes tender and still. It’s an invitation to taste the paradoxical place of wild freedom that is also deeply attuned to your needs and the needs of others.
Everything is optional. You are always at choice: to play, to pause, to witness, or to step back into solitude. Consent and self-trust are at the heart of this practice.
This evening is held in collaboration with Buster Rådvik and Mara Köplin from Path of Relating (https://www.pathofrelating.com/).
We — Lisa Renander and Malin Lind — will host and hold the space locally, offering our own flavour and grounding in the field.
EMBODIED COMMUNITY
We (Lisa and Malin) long to gather people who yearn to relate from the body and a regulated nervous system —
who desire a playground to explore and practice this.
To meet authentically, attuned, and with integrity.
With a shared intention to welcome and integrate the fear, resistance, and difficult emotions that so often stand in the way of open-hearted connection.
This is our first gathering — a way to find out if there are others who long for the same and wants to be a part of an embodied community in Stockholm.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Location: Studio Kontakt, Djupågatan 1, Bagarmossen
Time: 18.00-22.00
Clothing: Something comfortable and preferably easy to move in.
Pricing: 300 kr (refundable if cancelled 48 hours before the event)
We will offer some snacks for the break but we suggest you eat before the event.

About us:
Lisa Renander has spent over a decade facilitating authentic connection and co-creation in conscious communities. Founder of Hus24 and K9 two conscious coliving spaces in Stockholm, she now lives in a family cohousing community where she leads circles and ceremonies. As a RYT 200 yoga instructor and Reiki Master, Lisa integrates embodied awareness and subtle energy work into her facilitation.
Malin Lindberg is a certified facilitator in Transformational Connection (formerly Circling Europe) and a former meditation teacher in Ascension Meditation. Currently studying psychology, she is deeply curious about understanding human behavior — and devoted to embodying authentic connection and presence beyond the conceptual.
She loves exploring both the slow, grounded presence of the body and the expressive aliveness that moves through us in many forms.
