Primal Play invites you into a realm beyond words – a moving, emotional meditation where there is no agenda, no performance, and no obligation, other than to explore what arises in the moment. This is a brave, sacred space – a playground for conscious exploration where the magic of the now unfolds, and new possibilities between you and others emerge.
In this safe space, the strategies of the thinking mind fade, allowing what lies deep within you to surface. Your body's primal intelligence takes the lead, inviting you to let it flow. It might be wild, passionate, and untamed – or gentle, still, and full of surrender. Everything is welcome.
Primal Play offers a unique opportunity to trust yourself in the presence of others and discover the balance between surrender and awareness. Here, you'll learn to dance with the wild forces of life, not to control them, but to flow with them. Practical Details
What should I wear? You are invited to wear comfortable clothes. While this event might rise sensuality and playful energy, clothes remain on.
Who is this for? Everyone! Singles, couples, and individuals in alternative relationships (open, poly, etc.) are welcome.
Can I participate with my partner? Absolutely. Couples can partner up for all or some of the exercises or explore individually.
What if I don’t want to participate in an exercise? All activities are invitations, not requirements. Your consent and comfort are the highest priority.
