With an extensive delve into movement (joint action, fundamental movement skills (FMS), non-locomotor and locomotor) it is thorough in its exploration.
It’s designed just for professionals like you; those who know movement is one of the most powerful ways people can take control of their physical and mental wellbeing, whether that be in or out of the gym.
