Just over two hours north of Sydney, on private land held within the wild bushland of the Awabakal and Darkinjung people, awaits a three‑day, two‑night immersion into earth, art, and instinct. You’ll stay in a rustic eco retreat surrounded by mountains, birdsong, and the quiet hum of untouched nature.
Primal Earth Art is an invitation to reconnect with the innate maker within you ~ the part that remembers how to shape clay, weave fibres, craft with leaves, tend fire, and create from instinct rather than expectation. Across the weekend, you’ll commune with kindred women, share nourishing meals, and gather in the old ways: around the fire, in circle, in movement, in creation.
You’ll explore nature‑inspired crafts, awaken your body with kundalini yoga, and let ecstatic dance move what words cannot. Sound healing will soothe the nervous system, while earth energy meditation deepens your connection to the land in a profound, grounding way.
This retreat is for the woman who longs for community, creativity, and nature connection ~ who feels the pull to return to a slower, wilder rhythm. A remembering of the primal feminine, the one who creates with her hands, listens with her body, and feels at home in the natural world.

Your facilitators, Zoe, Ro and Sami all live in the Newcastle / Lake Macquarie region, each bringing their own distinct gifts, skills and quiet magic to the Primal Earth Art experience. Together they weave a shared field of creativity, embodiment and earth‑connection ~ three women co‑creating from intuition, craft, movement and deep respect for the land. Their combined presence holds the retreat with warmth, groundedness and a sense of returning to community, where every woman is welcomed into the circle as both creator and kin.
Zoe is a practicing artist and published author and is passionate about guiding people through deep shadow work, facing trauma, grief, and regulating the nervous system to live a more authentic, aligned life. She is a qualified creative arts therapist, sound healer, Reiki energy worker & holistic counsellor. She is also trained in nature sketchbooking facilitation, trauma awareness and motivational interviewing. She lives in Newcastle and holds regular Naked Awakening life drawing, meditation and sound healing classes, and Arty Explorers nature connection and sketchbooking workshops.

Sami Seetal is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, creative soul and community weaver who is devoted to bringing women together in meaningful, heart‑centred connection. Her work focuses on guiding people back to themselves through breath, movement, creativity and relationship with the natural world. Deeply connected to the earth, she has always been drawn to crafting with her hands — weaving, blending, shaping and creating with natural elements — and she loves sharing these practices so others can take home something both beautiful and meaningful.

Ro is the heart and soul behind Wild Heart Rituals, a space created to inspire connection, healing, and growth through sacred ceremony and community. With a deep love for nature and a commitment to living from the heart. Ro has been facilitating circles for the last 6+ years, that invite people to reconnect with themselves, one another, and the earth.Having spent years cultivating a deep connection to the natural world and the transformative power of ritual, Ro holds deep, inclusive spaces where people can be real, vulnerable, and seen. Through every gathering, whether it’s singing, sharing, or quiet reflection, Ro holds a space for individuals to come home to themselves and honour their inner wisdom.
