Sip Stride and Slay! Start your day right with a self-paced 30 minute run (jog, walk, cartwheel). Meeting at Three Anchors at 6am for a 6:10am start, we will head along the emu point shared path/boardwalk. Come and join Albany's social run club for a special edition run with pride. Stick around after to meet at Three Anchors for a coffee and chat!

Accessibility:
• ACROD parking is available at Three Anchors.
• Accessible and unisex toilets available near the meeting place.
• Lighting will be weather dependant.
• Noise will be crowd dependant and ambient outdoor noise.
• The run will be along a sealed path and boardwalk – it is largely flat/gently undulating, and suitable for wheelchair users, the run will be self-paced so suitable for all abilities.
