PRIDE REST AND RESET Hosted by PROUD FUTURES
About this Event
We’re super excited to invite you to our first-ever LGBTQ+ Leadership Retreat Day:
Pride Rest and Reset 2026
We know you spend so much of your year showing up as LGBTQ+ leaders, organisers, changemakers and community-builders - holding others, pushing for progress, and doing the work in tough times. This event is our turn to care for you.
We created this event to bring LGBTQ+ leaders and changemakers together to explore a range of wellbeing practices together and to give you a whole day to be held, nourished, and to love on yourself. We are even providing a delicious veggie lunch for everyone so we can catch up with new and old friends.
This is a gentle day of wellbeing and resourcing in an affirming, welcoming space. So, if you’re feeling burnt out, tired, overstretched, or simply in need of some inspiration, come along for relaxation and restoration, time to focus on your wellbeing and leave feeling more grounded.
We have 12 amazing wellbeing workshops for you to choose from, plus free massage, tarot readings, face painting, and a chill-out zone where you can rest and take time out.
We will have 3 workshop areas to choose from and a Quiet Area upstairs with couches, magazines, books, ear plugs where you can stake some time out in between sessions.
What to expect
- You will be welcomed with tea, coffee, pastries and a programme of workshops and activities you can choose from.
