Pride Parade 2026 in Bennington VT w/ the Shires Young Professionals

Join us as a volunteer or parade participant for our 2026 Pride Parade in support of Queer Connect and the LGBTQIA+ community!

Join us in celebrating Pride on Saturday, June 27th! 🏳️‍🌈🥳

(This event is open to the public!)

The Shires Young Professionals will once again be supporting Queer Connect by volunteering with Bennington Pride, and we need your help!

We are also looking for volunteers to help with set up and various tasks — as well as members who would like to march with us in the parade. It is possible to both volunteer and march, just let us know if you would like to do so.

This is a family friendly event, so please feel free to bring your little ones to march with us in the parade!

Sign up information:

• Volunteer Only: Take the morning or afternoon shift to help the event run smoothly! (8am - 12:30pm & 12pm - 4:30pm shifts available!)
• Parade Participant Only: Join the SYP cohort as we march through the streets of Bennington! (starts at 11am, but we recommend getting there at least 20 minutes prior to help with coordination!)
• Volunteer & March: Help set up, then march in support of the LGBTQIA+ community!

During the event, there will be a block party from 10 am to 4 pm which will include food trucks, vendors, performances, and more! The parade will start at 11am. See you there!
