Come enjoy a welcoming gathering of LGBTQ+ families and allies at The Morton Arboretum’s Family Pride Night on Thursday, July 30!
The Children’s Garden will be open until 7:30 p.m. to host arts and crafts throughout the evening, and younger children will enjoy live music and storytelling from children’s entertainer Ben Tatar and the Tatar Tots at 5:15 and 6:30 p.m.
Community Partners
This event is presented in partnership with EQuality Downers Grove (EQDG), a nonprofit organization working toward an accepting and equitable environment for LGBTQ+ people through education, support, social action, and advocacy.
Visit with Youth Outlook, PFLAG, and other local organizations supporting LGBTQ+ families.
Highlights
Enjoy kid-friendly activities, live music, lawn games, and crafts in the Children’s Garden throughout the evening.
Light refreshments will be available to purchase.
