Pride in the Park: Ocmulgee Mounds Entryway Native Plant Garden Weeding Party

Come on out and celebrate Pride in the Park, and work on our native plant garden at the entryway to the Ocmulgee Mounds NHP! Meet at the Visitor's Center at 8:30 am. Dress for garden work (long pants, long sleeves, gloves, hat, work boots). Bring a water bottle and a trowel or garden claw if you have one.
Participants must be 12 years of age or older, and participants under 18 years of age must have an adult present. All participants must sign the GNPS waiver of liability before working and must wear a reflective vest while working.
Park in the dirt parking lot inside the park (on the right after passing through the gates) and walk back to the entry garden area.
