9:30 AM – 10:00 AM | Opening Ceremony
10:00 AM – 11:30 AM | Run/Walk – Pride Color Run
11:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Vendor Market & Kids Fun Zone Open
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Silent Auction & Photo Booth
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM | Interactive Activities & Community Performances
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM | Awards Ceremony
4:30 PM – 6:00 PM | Drag Show Extravaganza
