Pride Game Jam Hki 2024

It's time for the 5th annual Pride Game Jam HKI on June 28 - 30 of 2024!

Pride Game Jam HKI - is a three day hybrid event that celebrates LGBTQIA+ people by creating a safe space for expressing one's gender, sexual and romantic experience through art, music and of course games!

The jam will take place at the Pelitalo Sture (Konepajankuja 3, Helsinki), a place kindly provided to us by the city of Helsinki, which holds game dev clubs and supports youth in this creative endeavour thoughout the year. You can also participate cozily from home with an online participation ticket!

Pride Game Jam HKI is taking place on June 28-30 of 2024. The event aims to educate on LGBTQIA+ experiences, and help budding game devs to learn key skills in teamwork, design, and familiarize with relevant software! Everyone is welcome, including allies, regardless of skill level and background!

The event is part of Helsinki Pride Week 2024, and is organized by Finnish Game Jam ry in partnership with Helsinki Pride ry.

The main platform for the jam is our Discord server, to which you will receive a link together with the other information in the confirmation email right after registration.
