Join us for our annual Community Picnic!
June 27th, 12pm, at Vargas!!

We'll have free food, face painting, pickle punting, a watermelon eating contest, several games, vibes, rainbows, and more!
The park and splash pad are available too!
This year, we will also have vendors available to shop with. Amazing local businesses who are showing us that they're a safe space within our community. 😊
The event, food, and activities are free but be ready to shop with our wonderful vendors.
We're finalizing our vendor list so we can start advertising them! But so far we have awesome drinks, a palm reader, jewelery, and some other really rad stuff!! (Fill out our vendor application if you'd like to vend!!)

On that note, we're calling on the community. We still need donations to make this picnic happen!
Some of our usual sponsors are unable to donate this year, others have ghosted us. 😕
There have been some years we get 200 people at the picnic, other years only 50. But we need to be prepared to feed a crowd. We're working on the funds. Committee members are paying out of our personal pockets for some things. We could use your help!!
Here's some things that we're looking for:
▪️ Money Donations
▪️ Food!! (Frozen burger patties, hot dogs, buns, condiments, toppings, chips, sides, or anything you're willing to donate!! Pizza, cupcakes, whatever!! Or someone willing to cater for free or ridiculously cheap)
▪️ Drinks! Water, water, water! Gotta keep people hydrated. Soda, Gatorade, anything is welcome and appreciated.
▪️ Large pickles for the pickle punt
▪️ Watermelons for the watermelon eating contest
▪️ Activities (for all ages, crafts, games, etc)
We need your help, y'all, to make this the best event possible! Our Drag Show is taken care of but the picnic could still use some help. 💖💖
