Pride & Presence is your invitation to move, celebrate, and show up exactly as you are. This 60-minute, all-levels flow led by Travis is centered on queer joy, self-expression, and connection, followed by time to gather and build community after class.
What to expect:
• Uplifting, accessible flow
• A thoughtfully curated, pride-inspired playlist
• A space where you can be bold, bright, and fully yourself
1-2 pm: All Levels Practice
2-3 pm: Gather & Connect
Held in community with LGBTQ+ WHY teachers, moving and celebrating alongside you.
$10 suggested donation; proceeds to West Hartford Pride
