You are cordially invited to attend an extra special screening event on Thursday, August 21st as The Campus Theatre presents the 20th Anniversary of PRIDE & PREJUDICE with our Jane Austen Social Hour, where you may come dressed to impress Mr. Darcy if you so choose. We will be joined by international storyteller and Jane Austen enthusiast, Fiona Powell, who will share readings of Austen’s work before the film as you enjoy music and FREE iced teas. Specially themed “Bennet Boxes” will also be for sale with delicious treats inside. All of this awaits you when our box office opens at 6:00 PM and our film begins at 7:00 PM. Admission is $6 and tickets can be purchased online or at the door.

PRIDE & PREJUDICE: In this adaptation of Jane Austen's beloved novel, Elizabeth Bennet (Keira Knightley) lives with her mother, father and sisters in the English countryside. As the eldest, she faces mounting pressure from her parents to marry. When the outspoken Elizabeth is introduced to the handsome and upper-class Mr. Darcy (Matthew Macfadyen), sparks fly. Although there is obvious chemistry between the two, Darcy's overly reserved nature threatens the fledgling relationship.
