More than 200 years after Jane Austen introduced us to Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy, we're still obsessed—and we're still debating which adaptation got it right.

Jane Austen has discovered that Pride and Prejudice has been adapted yet again, and she has some thoughts. Unfortunately for Jane, so do her characters.
Watch as Jane Austen, Elizabeth Bennet, Mr. Darcy, Mrs. Bennet, Mr. Collins, Lady Catherine and other familiar faces revisit the story we love, look back at memorable Pride and Prejudice adaptations through the years, and attempt to determine what makes the perfect version of Austen's beloved novel.
And this isn't a performance where you'll simply sit and watch. The audience gets a say, too.
You'll have opportunities to weigh in on some very important matters—like what a Pride and Prejudice adaptation absolutely must get right and, of course, one of the most divisive questions in Austen fandom:
Who is your Mr. Darcy?
Along the way, we'll poke a little fun at dramatic proposals, questionable adaptation choices, famous Darcys, a certain lake, an inexplicably beloved hand flex, and the fact that poor Jane Austen has been watching people reinterpret her story for generations.
Your afternoon includes:
- A 35–45 minute live interactive comedy
- Afternoon tea and beverages
- Finger sandwiches and sweets
- Audience participation
- Plenty of Pride and Prejudice humor
- An intimate experience limited to just 30 guests per performance
Whether you've read the novel a dozen times, have a favorite screen adaptation, or simply love a good romantic comedy and afternoon tea, you don't need to be an Austen expert to join the fun.
Regency attire is welcome but absolutely not required.
