As a part of Pride on the Plaza, representatives of the Friendlier City Project will explore the history of the Pride Movement, including its most recognizable symbol, the Rainbow Flag. The mission of Wheeling’s Friendlier City Project is to foster and strengthen a thriving LGBTQ+ community in Wheeling by creating meaningful partnerships and offering educational opportunities.
