You’ll learn to look at your business objectively, and how the tiny decisions you make every day affect your business over time. Most importantly you’ll learn how to create and implement action steps to achieve your profit goals - without feeling overwhelmed!
When You Are Your Business is a series for professionals who provide services to people; such as hairdressers, aestheticians, fitness coaches, etc. The focus is HOW to do the things that can seem overwhelming. Often we know that we need to make changes in our business, but we're unclear about exactly what to change, and more importantly, HOW to do it. This series of classes will help guide you through the HOW of change.
Anny VanDriel is the creator and educator behind the When You Are Your Business series. She’s also the proud owner of Be Rosie Salon in Claremont, California, where She’s been leading a talented team of stylists since 2018. With 28 years in the hair industry, she’s experienced many facets of the profession: An hourly employee, a commission-based stylist, a chair renter, a suite owner, a balayage educator for a national brand and now a salon owner and educator for her team and the wider community. She has built a client base from the ground up twice, gaining valuable insights along the way. Through these experiences, she’s developed systems that have helped her succeed while also setting her team up for success. She loves the challenge of problem solving and is a natural optimist, believing that anyone can achieve anything they put their focus on.
