About:
"Where Currents Carry the Soul: Recent Work by True Archdale" features all new works by Whitefish-based artist True Archdale, born and raised in Wolf Point, Montana, and a member of the Assiniboine tribe. Her colorful, intuitive, multi-media works offer a personal, nuanced voice to the evolving narrative around contemporary Native art.
"Our Sometimes Home: April Werle": Is a site-specific, multi-media painting and video installation solo exhibition by Missoula-based artist April Werle, who explores autobiographical, yet relatable themes of belonging, and multiculturalism in her mixed media paintings and immersive poetic, painted lettering and video projection works.
