PREVENTION PARK: Make Vaping Extinct

For the past four years, this conference has been proudly developed and hosted by the South County Prevention Coalition/Coastline EAP, bringing educators together around practical, evidence-based strategies to address youth vaping. What began as a shared vision has grown into a highly anticipated annual event supporting schools across Rhode Island.

Join us for a dynamic, high-impact day focused on proven, practical strategies to help create and sustain vape-free schools. This interactive conference will feature engaging discussions, hands-on learning, and real-world tools educators can put into action immediately.

And we heard you – this year’s event will be longer to include more time for networking opportunities and presentations from experts. This year we are pleased and honored to announce that Dr. Bonnie Halpern-Felsher, Director and Founder of the Stanford University REACH Lab, Tobacco Prevention Toolkit, and Cannabis Prevention & Awareness Toolkit will provide the keynote address. Breakfast AND lunch included!

New This Year: This conference also marks an exciting moment of evolution and transformation. Coastline EAP, Rhode Island Student Assistance Services, and the South and Kent County Prevention Coalitions are coming together under a new, unified name: C3 Wellbeing. This change reflects the organization’s evolution into a comprehensive, statewide and national provider of mental health support, substance use prevention, training, and community wellbeing services. The new identity is built on three core pillars: Comprehensive, Customized, and Community-Based support.
