Part 1: August 28th 10:30am-12pm: learn about how cancer prevention is in your hands--and your kitchen--in this interactive learning event. Enjoy a food demo, learn about healthcare resources, and sign up for your mammogram. Lunch will also be provided.

Part 2: October 9th: mammogram at your scheduled time

Cancer affects millions of individuals and families each year. While not all cancers can be prevented, research shows that healthy lifestyle choices can play an important role in reducing risk. Prevention Kitchen helps participants understand how everyday decisions related to food, movement, weight management, and recommended screenings can support overall health and well-being.
