About this Event
In this 2-hour class, we’ll talk about easy ways to plan balanced meals, time your eating, and stay active to avoid blood sugar spikes and drops. You’ll also learn helpful tips for managing stress and improving sleep, both of which are important for steady blood sugar. At the end, we’ll introduce Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), a tool available at our practice to give you personal insights into how your blood sugar responds to food and activity.
