Join our Occupational Therapist and learn practical strategies to improve balance, make your home safer, and build confidence in your everyday activities.
This evidence-based workshop will cover common fall risks, simple home safety modifications, safe movement techniques, and exercises that support strength and stability.
You'll leave with practical tips and resources to help you stay active and prevent falls.
Who should attend: Older adults, caregivers, and anyone interested in learning how to reduce fall risk and support healthy aging.
