Pretty Lethal: Women’s Self Defence Workshop

During the session, we will cover:
• Defence against straight and circular punches
• Striking techniques aimed at affecting an aggressor’s:
• Vision
• Breathing
• Shock & Pain
• Balance
• Escapes from jacket collar grabs (both long and short distance scenarios)
• Introduction to defence against circular knife attacks
To bring everything together, we finished with a stress-based drill, where participants had to respond to an attack from two aggressors, applying the techniques learned throughout the session in a controlled but realistic environment.
