Join us on the beach for some breathwork, guided meditation, movement & a cold water dip 🧘🏻♀️🥶We will meet just before sunset, as the moon also starts to rise in the sky, with the sand beneath our feet and sea air on our skin 🌅🌊
We will move the body and connect to the breath to create more space within ourselves and prepare for our dip.�
We go into the water together as a team, overcoming fear and embracing our inner strength together 💪🏼🌊 �The event will finish around the fire with snacks, good chat and good music 🔥
