Pressure Point Fest is coming in to the 417 hot with a lineup built to shake the walls and test the floorboards. From the legendary energy of Three 6 Mafia to the explosive intensity of Denzel Curry, this is a collision of hip-hop, hardcore, and pure chaos. Featuring heavy hitters Haywire, Primitive Rage, Spine, and The Phlegms, Pressure Point Fest brings together raw sound, nonstop pits, and high-voltage performances from start to finish. If you like your shows loud, sweaty, and unforgettable, this is where you need to be. One stage, no breaks, all pressure.
Oscar-winning Three 6 Mafia founders DJ Paul and Juicy J birthed a sound that still heavily influences Hip Hop and Pop music. Their catalog spans over two decades and spawned a plethora of hits, as well as legendary collaborations for/with other artists like Outkast, UGK, T.I., Eightball & MJG, Project Pat, Lil Jon, Trick Daddy and so many more. The roots of crunk in Generation X have evolved into modern-day music, as Millennial and Gen-Z artists seek out the driving basslines and timeless energy of the genre.
The last 5 years have been a dizzying ascent for Denzel Curry. After establishing himself as one of the leaders of rap's new underground through early full-lengths like 2013's Nostalgic 64 and 2016's Imperial, the latter of which saw the Carol City, Florida native cosigned by Rick Ross and earn him a spot on XXL's coveted Freshman list, Curry spend the last 5 years releasing 4 concept-driven full length albums that catapulted him from cult icon to one of the most celebrated names in rap. From the innovative, 3-part release strategy of 2018's TA13OO, which highlighted Curry's preternatural gift for melody in standout track "CLOUT COBAIN," to the diaristic 2019 album ZUU where he detailed parts of his life previously untold in a song like "RICKY," and 2020's full length collaboration UNLOCKED with superproducer Kenny Beats, Curry released a trio of critically-acclaimed albums that established him as one of the most vital voices in rap.
Haywire is a Boston-based hardcore punk band created and fronted by Austin Sparkman, often associated with other punk acts like Conservative Military Image and The Chisel. Known for a rapid rise, they released their debut album Conditioned For Demolition in 2024 and are recognized for their intense sound and local Boston focus.
