Join us for an informative class designed to teach you the essential skills and knowledge needed for safe pressure canning. In this hands-on course, you'll learn the principles of pressure canning, proper safety protocols, and the equipment required. We'll specifically focus on preparing two delicious and hearty foods: beef stew and chicken soup. By the end of the class, you'll be equipped with the confidence and techniques to preserve these homemade favorites, ensuring they remain flavorful and safe to enjoy year-round.
Each participant will leave with a pint of beef stew and chicken soup along with the knowledge to safely preserve foods that are shelf stable for 10-15 years! This workshop will teach you how to create canned food products with clean ingredients and how to save lots of money on groceries while eating better!
