When you arrive, walk to the very front of the building and enter through the front door facing Park Ave (you’ll see a hair salon sign above the door).

Once inside, head upstairs to the 2nd floor — we’re the first door on the right at the top of the stairs, Suite 2R.

🧘‍♂️ A Few Tips:

• Arrive about 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
• Bring a water bottle, yoga mat or blanket, and an open heart.
• Wear comfortable clothing — we’ll be breathing deep and letting go.
