Pressley Murillo is a Vancouver-based Mexican-American vocalist and band leader in her fourth year of the Capilano University Jazz Studies program. With deep love and respect for the tradition of Black American Classical music, she draws inspiration from Iconic Jazz artists such as Sarah Vaughan, and Betty Carter and Latinx artists like Celia Cruz and Chavela Vargas, which influenced her growing up in Southern California. The 2nd Floor Gastown offers Live Music on Thursdays - Sundays, open during Dinner Service from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Guests may seat for both sets depending on availability and manager discretion.
