This is a beginner-friendly, creative workshop to introduce you to the world of letterpress printing

– the oldest traditional form of relief printing, that printed the very first book and newspaper.

After a brief foray into the pleasingly tactile, analogue world of letterpress printing, Dabble in

some old-fashioned typesetting with hands, learn to compose metal type and understand the

process of letterpress printing.

Note: This workshop is designed for a small group of around 10 individuals, pre-registration is

compulsory. All necessary materials will be provided at the event.

Duration - 1:00 hrs.

Takeaway: Hands on experience of composing text physically, one coaster handmade using

letterpress printing.
