Experience 13.1 beautiful miles along the shores of Lake Erie at one of Pennsylvania's most scenic destinations. Hosted by the Erie Runners Club, the Presque Isle Half Marathon offers runners a flat, picturesque course through Presque Isle State Park, featuring stunning water views and the natural beauty of Erie's crown jewel.
Registration Includes:
👕 Tri-blend short-sleeve race shirt
🏅 Finisher's medal
🥤 Post-race refreshments
🎉 A memorable race-day experience at Presque Isle State Park
Course Information
The race takes place within Presque Isle State Park, which requires certain operational limitations. As a result, the course has a 3-hour time limit.
Participants must maintain approximately a 14-minute-per-mile pace. Runners not maintaining this pace will be directed to continue on the adjacent all-purpose trail as portions of the course close. Depending on race-day conditions and at the discretion of park officials, participants may be directed to the trail earlier if requested by Presque Isle State Park Rangers.
Registration
There is no race-day registration. All participants must register online prior to race day.
Packet Pickup
Saturday, July 18
🕛 Noon – 5:00 PM
📍 Cabin 3, Presque Isle State Park
(Approximately three miles from the park entrance. Directional signs will be posted throughout Presque Isle.)
Race Morning – Sunday, July 19
🕠 Beginning at 5:30 AM
📍 Beach 1 Pavilion
(Start and finish location)
Unable to attend packet pickup? No problem—someone else may pick up your race packet on your behalf.
Awards
Awards will be presented as soon as official results are available.
Awards will be given to:
🏆 Top 3 Overall Male Finishers
🏆 Top 3 Overall Female Finishers
🏆 Overall Male & Female Masters Champions
🏆 Top Finishers in Five-Year Age Groups
Awards will not be mailed following the race.
