Save the date for the NWCA Annual Presidential Mystery Tour. Everyone will meet at Starbucks at the Troutdale Outlet Mall. Then head out to who knows where. This is an overnight run with a 2nd night stay as an option. You must RSVP to this event to make sure that hotel arrangements are made for you.
