Presidential (fancy-pants) Yoga Brunch

What's the Class like?

This workshop is open to all levels. It will be a Yin-Yang class. The first part is dynamic to warm the body, then we switch and practice long slow passive holds to work more on connective tissues than the muscles. Plenty of guidance will be offered with options to take it up or down a notch. Everyone should be able to find their 'edge!' The session lasts 1h30, including a warm up, a cool down and the practice. It will be taught in English, but it is open for anyone to join. The space very pleasant indeed and you don't need to bring a mat, but you may if you prefer!

What about the Brunch part?

Brunch will be served in the private salon where we do the yoga class. Le Grand Café is Chef Pâtissier Sébastien Gaudard's third boutique in Paris. After doing his military service as a pâtissier at Hôtel Matignon serving ministers, he worked for several years at Fauchon before launching his own boutiques and award winning cakes and treats. He has concocted a menu with sweet and savory delights included. So after yoga, you will enjoy a presidential brunch indeed. Be prepared for special treatment. :)

What do I need to bring?

Bring a towel, water, no need to bring you mat unless you prefer to. You could also bring a change of clothes if you wish to change after the yoga. There is no shower at the café / boutique.

At Imperfect Yoga we believe Yoga should be fun. We will not tell you what to eat, incite you to do any prayer-like chanting, or tell you to change your lifestyle. But we will still take you on a journey within. By linking movement and breath in yoga, we explore the mind-body connection and we find our own path to enlightenment. For some people that just means chilling the f*** out for a minute :). No indoctrination, no judgement, no higher power, we just practice, and then we prolong it with a bit of good healthy fun and indulgence, because it shouldn't be about what you can and cannot do, but listening to ourselves and seeing and enjoying what is there.

You will asked to pay 15€ via Paypal to reserve your spot. You will need to pay the brunch seperately at the venue at the fixed price of 32 euros. The total price for this Presidential Yoga Brunch experience is 47€. A bargain!
