Join our knowledge leaders as they share methods for preparing and preserving summer's abundance of fresh produce to enjoy in the winter months!
This is a hands on workshop where participants will prepare and preserve produce to take home.
All materials and produce are supplied thanks to Oak Street Farm and a grant from Right To Food.

Please note that The Local Community Food Centre Kitchen is not an allergen free kitchen, and we are unable to accommodate serious food allergies.
