Preserving History – The Future of the Wooden Wheel Wagon

On August 14th and 15th, the American Chuck Wagon Association will be hosting the “Preserving History – The Future of the Wooden Wheel Wagon” conference inside at the Granbury Conference Center in Granbury, Texas. We are very excited to host this indoor wagon conference that is not limited to just chuck wagons. Several wagons will be set up for display and reference inside of the conference center. We will also have several trade vendors set up, including a barrel cooper, canvas supplier, blacksmith and even a historical book collection. So, join us in Granbury for the one-of-a-kind event.

The host hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn Granbury at 635 Pearl Street, Granbury, Texas located very close to the Conference Center. Reservations are limited and only for Friday and Saturday nights. To reserve your room(s), call the hotel directly at 817-579-3800 and ask for the $159/night rate under American Chuck Wagon Association. Wednesday, July 15th is the deadline for hotel reservations.
If you choose to stay in other accommodations around Granbury, please notify the hotel that you are attending the conference at the Granbury Conference Center. This information will help ACWA offset the cost of the conference center for this event.
