Join us for Chair Yoga at the Prescott Valley Public Library on Thursday, January 16th, 2025, from 12:30 – 1:45 pm! This in-person class is perfect for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or looking for a gentler practice.
In this session, we'll focus on building strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation—all while seated! Say goodbye to the hassle of getting up and down from the floor and enjoy the benefits of yoga in a comfortable chair.
