Preschool Yoga & Mindfulness Experience... blends movement, music, and meditation into a joyful journey of self-discovery.Designed specifically for early childhood, each class helps children:
Build emotional resilience
Practice kindness and empathy
Develop healthy self-soothing tools
Cultivate respect for all living beings
Connect to community and the earth
Through playful yoga sequences, heart-centered songs, breathwork, and guided relaxation, children learn that calm is something they can create within themselves—and that their actions matter in the world around them.
Because when children learn to regulate their bodies and emotions early, they grow into compassionate, confident humans.
Each class gently weaves in lessons on kindness, emotional awareness, self-soothing, and respect for ourselves, others, and the earth we share. Children explore big feelings in a safe and supportive space, build friendships rooted in empathy, and practice mindfulness tools they can use at home and in school.
We stretch, sing, breathe, imagine, and grow together. This is a caregiver and me class. Caregiver is expected to attend and participate in class with preschooler.
