🌟 little yogis: themed yoga classes for kids! 🌟
bring your little ones to the studio for a special monthly kids’ yoga class with kelsey! each session is designed to introduce children to movement, mindfulness, and fun through playful, themed yoga adventures. kids will stretch, breathe, and explore yoga in an engaging and imaginative way, making it a perfect activity for building confidence, coordination, and calmness.
each month features a new theme, incorporating storytelling, creative movement, and simple mindfulness techniques to keep little yogis engaged and excited. parents are welcome to stay and observe or enjoy a moment of relaxation while their children immerse themselves in a fun and nurturing yoga experience.
🧘‍♂️ perfect for ages 2–6! no prior yoga experience needed—just bring comfy clothes and a smile!
